PORT OF SPAIN – Police are investigating the death of a 36-year-old United States national, who is reported to have fallen from a balcony at a leading hotel here on New Year’s Day.
Police said that Jonathan Claude, 36, from Cypress, Texas, and a registered guest at the hotel, died after falling from a six-storey height.
They said that they believed Claude fell from the hotel’s terrace area.
The hotel has so far made no official statement on the incident as yet. (CMC)
