He said the conversation occurred when Williams, he and another person were in the back of a police vehicle.
The witness was testifying in the No. 4 Supreme Court where Williams is accused of having a .38-calibre special revolver, as well as 14 rounds of ammunition, on October 16, 2022.
Now 18, the teen recalled he, along with Williams who is also known as “Soldier”, and three other men were at a shop in St Lucy, when the accused asked him if he was going to a picnic.
