Police at District A Station are investigating a shooting incident that occurred earlier today at Smith Road, Pinelands, St. Michael.
Upon arrival, officers conducted investigations and discovered that one house had been damaged by gunfire.
An occupant of the house sustained swelling to her face, reportedly caused by a fragment falling on her during the incident.
Police are continuing their investigations into the matter and are urging anyone who may have witnessed the event or has any information to come forward.
