Marshall and Harry accused of causing a disturbance

Two men, who allegedly caused a disturbance aboard a route taxi, have been granted $1,500 bail each.

The duo, comprising 37-year-old Dwayne Alistair Marshall, of 1st Avenue, Gills Gap, Eagle Hall, St Michael, and 40-year-old Troy Anthony Harry, of Lewis Land, Arthur Seat, St Thomas, is jointly accused of causing the disturbance along Green Hill Road, a public place, on June 12.

The accused, who are unrepresented, pleaded not guilty to the charge when they appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today.

With no objections to bail, Marshall and Harry, who sat next to each other in the dock of the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, were released but warned to stay away from each other.

They have also been ordered not to utilize the services of the route taxi on which the incident allegedly took place and to return to court on July 10.
