Man who attacked Barbados’ Foreign Minister gets 18-month jail term

The St Philip man who robbed Foreign Affairs Minister Maxine McClean and committed several other crimes between December 2017 and February this year has been sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Magistrate Graveney Bannister handed down the sentence in the District A Traffic court today on 30-year-old Ansley Lamar Worrell, of Woodbourne Park after the probation department presented its report on Worrell.
