PARIS — These days it seems any discussion about Paris Saint-Germain begins with a look at the money the club has spent since Qatar Sports Investment bought the team. When P.S.G. visited the Corsican team Ajaccio last Sunday the match was billed as les millionaires contre les smicards, the millionaires versus the minimum wage earners.
