Bahamas Warned To Watch Danny


CaribWorldNews, MIAMI, FL, Thurs. Aug. 27, 2009: Residents of the Bahamas are being warned to keep a strong eye on tropical storm Danny.

At 11 p.m.  last night, the center of  Danny was located about 370 miles east-northeast of Nassau and was expected to increase in forward speed by Friday, according to the Miami-based National Hurricane Center.

Strengthening is forecast over the next couple of days, the NHC said last night as the storms winds measured 85 mph.
